Everything else important to know for the weekend

We appreciate, just like everyone else, receiving gifts and presents from our guests. However, we have decided that we do not want any gifts in the form of things from our guests, but we only want to invite you to this special weekend. No one should have to feel guilty for not knowing what to bring, and even flowers are superfluous. We are only happy as long as you have the opportunity to share this special day with us.

 

BUT, if you absolutely want to give us something anyway, even if it's just something small, there is the opportunity to contribute a small amount to help us realize our dreams.

Toastmasters

That's right, we have two Toastmasters at this wedding - Johannes and Staffan. These two gentlemen will be in charge of the evening's entertainment between food and live music. They are responsible, as usual, for any gimmicks, speeches and other craziness that you want to do. The easiest way to contact them, if you don't have access to Facebook, is to use the contact form on the website. Enter "Toastmasters" in the Title and how they can best reach you. Do not enter any other detailed information, so that we don't read anything by mistake.

Reservations

IMPORTANT INFORMATION! All bookings and reservations are made through the registration form here on the website and NOT directly to Åkerby Herrgård. All registrations about accommodation, food, etc. on this website are binding. In the event of emergency situations that prevent your participation within a month before the wedding, we will consider them on a case-by-case basis depending on how close to the wedding the cancellation is. The deadline for registration is April 30, 2025

Passport and Boarding Pass

Brief details regarding the passport and boarding pass that you have received as an invitation card, if you have any further questions regarding this, do not hesitate to contact us and we will help you clarify.

Upcoming updates

We will update this page with detailed information as it becomes available. While we will share links to updates on our social media, it is important to note that:

Only the Church

We have updated the registration form for those of you who can only attend the ceremony in the church. This helps us get a better overview of how many people are participating at each location.

It is of course sad that not everyone can join in the celebration afterwards, but we are still incredibly happy and grateful for your participation in the church.

You can now indicate this choice in the form and at the same time confirm your attendance at the ceremony.
